Exciting opportunity during the month of LOVE! Current PDC patients will receive a $10 credit to their PDC account for referral of a new patient to the PDC during February 2020! Equally as exciting, the new patient will likewise also receive a $10 credit to their account! In order for the current patient and new patient to qualify for the credits, the new patient must write in the name of the person referring on their new patient packet under “Whom may we thank for referring you to us” and the appointment must be scheduled and attended during the month of February 2020. There is no limit on the number of referrals made by one person.

If the referring or referred patient has state insurance (Medicaid or PeachCare), the credit will not apply to their account. State insurance also has restrictions of new patient age, which we must still uphold when appointments are scheduled, as described on our Insurance Guidelines page. PDC reserves the right to limit the number of state insurance appointments made during the promotion.

 

All credits will be applied to the patient's account and may be used to pay for any dental or orthodontic services provided in our office; however, credits cannot be exchanged for cash or used in the PDC dental store.
